Meet the Owner

Hi there! I’m Kayla, a speech-language pathologist who earned my Bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University and my Master’s degree from Monmouth University. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private practice, pediatric children’s hospitals, and specialized school programs supporting individuals ages 3–21 with multiple disabilities.

I also serve as a clinic supervisor at Monmouth University, where I mentor and support graduate students as they develop their clinical skills. I truly enjoy guiding future speech-language pathologists through hands-on learning experiences while fostering confidence, growth, and compassionate care in the next generation of clinicians.

My approach to therapy is holistic and play-based, focusing on the whole child while incorporating sensory strategies and evidence-based practices. I support a wide range of communication needs, including speech, language, social communication, feeding, and AAC.

I love creating personalized therapy plans and working closely with families—helping each child grow, build confidence, and discover the wonder of communication in their everyday world. I am passionate about bringing functional, meaningful communication into everyday life.
