Our Services

Speech Therapy Services

Speech & Language Therapy

Our speech and language therapy services are designed to help children build the skills they need to communicate with confidence and connect meaningfully with the world around them. Each session is individualized, play-based, and thoughtfully tailored to your child’s unique strengths, needs, and interests.

We support a wide range of communication areas, including expressive and receptive language, articulation and phonological disorders, social (pragmatic) language, and early language development. We also have experience working with more complex communication needs, including childhood apraxia of speech, motor speech disorders, and language differences associated with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and other developmental profiles.

Through engaging, functional activities, we focus on building communication skills that carry over into everyday life—at home, in school, and in the community. At Wings & Wonder, we take a holistic approach, incorporating sensory strategies and evidence-based practices to support the whole child.

Feeding Therapy

Our feeding therapy services are designed to support children in developing safe, positive, and enjoyable relationships with food. We understand that feeding challenges can feel overwhelming for families, and we’re here to provide guidance, support, and a compassionate approach every step of the way.

We work with children experiencing a variety of feeding and swallowing difficulties, including picky eating, limited food variety, sensory-based feeding challenges, oral motor delays, and difficulty chewing or swallowing. Therapy is individualized and play-based, allowing children to explore foods at their own pace in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)

Our AAC services support individuals who benefit from alternative ways to communicate, helping them express their wants, needs, thoughts, and ideas in meaningful ways. We believe that every child deserves a voice, and AAC can open the door to connection, confidence, and independence.

We work with children who have a wide range of communication needs, including those with autism, apraxia, developmental delays, and other complex communication profiles. Therapy focuses on building functional communication skills through individualized, engaging, and play-based approaches that integrate AAC into everyday routines.

We are experienced in the use and implementation of a variety of AAC systems, including TouchChat, Proloquo2Go, Tobii Dynavox, and many others. Our goal is to find the best fit for each child and support consistent, meaningful use across environments.

If appropriate, we can guide families through the process of obtaining an AAC device, including navigating insurance and providing the necessary evaluation and documentation. We also work closely with caregivers, offering hands-on training and strategies to support successful communication at home and in the community.

At Wings & Wonder, we focus on building confident communicators—empowering each child to be heard in their own unique way.

Caregiver Coaching

We believe that meaningful progress happens not just during therapy sessions, but in the everyday moments that matter most. Our caregiver coaching services are designed to support and empower families with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to help their child thrive beyond the therapy room.

We love partnering closely with families, providing hands-on guidance, modeling strategies, and offering simple, practical techniques that can be naturally incorporated into daily routines. Whether it’s during play, mealtimes, or social interactions, we focus on helping caregivers feel confident supporting their child’s communication and development.

Our goal is to help children generalize the skills they learn in therapy across all environments—at home, in school, and in the community—so communication becomes functional, meaningful, and part of their everyday world.

Together, we create a supportive, collaborative approach that fosters growth, connection, and lasting progress.
