where communication grows, confidence builds, and little minds wonder!

At Wings & Wonder Speech Therapy, we provide warm, individualized speech and language support for children and families in a way that feels natural, playful, and meaningful. Every child communicates differently, which is why therapy is thoughtfully tailored to their unique strengths, interests, and goals.

Our approach blends evidence-based practice with creativity, connection, and family collaboration—because communication growth happens best when children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn.

Welcome to Wings & Wonder Speech Therapy!

Our purpose was created from a deep passion for helping children grow their skills and confidence so they can express themselves and connect more fully with the world around them.

We believe therapy should feel supportive, engaging, and truly individualized—not one-size-fits-all. Each session is thoughtfully designed around the child’s unique needs, using play, movement, and meaningful activities that make learning feel natural, motivating, and functional.

We also place a strong focus on working closely with families, so progress doesn’t stop when the session ends—it carries into everyday moments, routines, and real-life communication.

Kayla Madoff M.S.Ed., CCC-SLP

Hi there! I’m Kayla, a speech-language pathologist who earned my Bachelor’s degree from Sacred Heart University and my Master’s degree from Monmouth University. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private practice, pediatric children’s hospitals, and specialized school programs supporting individuals ages 3–21 with multiple disabilities.

My approach to therapy is holistic and play-based, focusing on the whole child while incorporating sensory strategies and evidence-based practices. I support a wide range of communication needs, including speech, language, social communication, feeding, and AAC.

I love creating personalized therapy plans and working closely with families—helping each child grow, build confidence, and discover the wonder of communication in their everyday world. I am passionate about bringing functional, meaningful communication into everyday life.
